•    Project designer with Perkins and Will Architects,Inc. for Project Gateway Community College New Haven, CT, New College Campus consisting of two new buildings with Project scope area of 350,000 sf. The Project is submitted with The Department of Public Works (DPW) & efforts were joined to develop the first registered large scale USGBC Certified Gold LEED Project in Connecticut. Responsibilities included planning & design detailing for steel stairs, masonry, metal & glass wall sections @ public and private building areas.

High School:
•    Project designer with John Ciardullo Associates,Inc. for Project Bathgate Educational Campus, The Bronx, NY. The adaptive re-use Project for new campus planned for The NYC School Construction Authority is a 140,000 sf. new building consisting of three distinct high schools of 500 students each. The Campus is located on the border of industrial park & mixed residential & commercial area & it is a welcoming presence in an evolving neighborhood for students, staff & residents.

Healthcare:
•    Project designer with Perkins and Will Architects,Inc. for Project The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Planning @ existing campus entailed design for a new Cardiovascular & Critical Care Adult Tower & new Pediatrics Tower with Project scope area of 1.5 million sf. Responsibilities ranged from planning, design & detailing of public, patient private rooms & patient treatment areas as well as office areas.

Corporate:
•    Project architect with Perkins and Will Architects,Inc. for Project Cofra/Good Energies New York, NY. The Project entails new office space with scope area of 24,000 sf USGBC Certified Platinum LEED.

•    Project designer with Perkins Eastman Architects,P.C. for Project The Ashforth Company Stamford, CT. Addition & alteration to existing structure with Project scope area of 67,465 sf office use in highly sought-out downtown area. Building enhancements included annex lobby, remediation of core areas & office space for new building owner & operator.

•    Project designer with Perkins Eastman Architects,P.C. for Project W.R. Berkeley Corporation -Greenwich, CT. Addition & alteration to existing structure with Project scope area of 47,290 sf office use. Building enhancements included annex lobby, remediation of core/shell & office fit-out.

•    Project designer with Perkins Eastman Architects,P.C. for Project Norden Park Norwalk, CT. The adaptive re-use of a high-level defense contract related research facility. The existing structure was industrial & anonymous, purposely hidden from its location off Interstate 95 in Norwalk, Connecticut. In repositioning 150,000 sf of the 650,000 sf existing building, the façade was stripped away & replaced with layers of tinted glass, colored light, & metal mesh to create a crisp first impression. While each architectural movement is defined by the blue & green color scheme, it is subtle enough not to overpower the natural surroundings. These scrim walls were also strategically placed to provide a vertical breakup of the horizontal façade, while also concealing stair doors, delineating private entrances for the tenants.

Hospitality:
•    Project architect with Perkins Eastman Architects,P.C. for Project Burning Tree Country Club Grenwich, CT. The Project consists of Removal of existing Clubhouse & Golf/Tennis Pro Shop & Construction of a new Clubhouse scope area of 51,710 sf. Responsible for building planning, architectural design & interiors detailing.

Residential:
•    Project designer with Perkins Eastman Architects,P.C. for Avalon Residences Norwalk, CT. Schematic Design completed.

•   Atelier Milot Shala, LLC Principal Designer for Residence in Stamford, CT.
